Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 12pm may be processed the following business day.
UK Delivery We deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom via Yodel Direct: Store to Door.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as Christmas and Valentine's Day.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order. You will always see the exact cost before completing your purchase — no surprises.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Yodel tracking number. You can track your parcel at yodel.co.uk.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Yodel will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. Please act within the timeframe specified. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at [info@candles-plus.co.uk within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate promptly.
